If your phone OS is up-to-date, then please check whether it helps to clear the data/cache of the KDE Connect app on your phone. To do this, 1. press-and-hold the app icon of KDE Connect and select App info, 2. Tap Storage, 3. Tap Clear data Note: this will clear all data related to KDE Connect on your phone.
