SUMMARY
New install of Kubuntu 19.04. Added the folder view widget to my desktop but
could not drop files into the folders shown. Files dropped into the root folder
that the widget was showing (such as ~/Documents/Work).
Had to open Dophin's settings and click the "Open folders during drag
operations" checkbox under Navigation to get it to work. This is a very odd
default setting since everybody expects drag and drop to work everywhere.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install new OS
2. Add a Folder View widget to your desktop
3. Drag and drop a file into a folder in the widget
4. File drops into the widget's root folder and not where you want it to drop.
