SUMMARY
When the blur effect is enabled, it blurs the background along the edge of
windows. It's especially noticeable when using curved window decorations
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Enable blur effect in Settings/Desktop Behavior/Desktop Effects
OBSERVED RESULT
Blurring appears slightly appears slightly outside the borders of windows. (It
seems slightly more visible on the left side.)
EXPECTED RESULT
Blurring should only appear inside the window
