It looks like some of the color issue just has to do with theme changing, not
necessarily the theme itself.
A few areas that have a dark theme just aren't updating with a theme change.
The disabled icon is interesting though which might be a separate issue. For
example all the tools on the toolbox are completely invisible when I start
Krita with the neutral theme.
