STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Falkon in incognito mode
2. Watch a video using the built in video player
3. Close Falkon
OBSERVED RESULT
Falkon creates a directory called VideoDecodeStats in the current working
directory.
EXPECTED RESULT
No directory should be created.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This may be a regression. A discussion from of the issue with a patch from
2017 are available at https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/2289
When run in normal mode the VideoDecodeStats directory is created correctly in
the profile directory.
