SUMMARY
While working with 16/32-bit float image and changing the Specific color
selector to 16/32-bit float, the values got stuck (not updating) while trying
to pick a color with color picker. However, the values from Tool Options are
updating correctly. Also, it has no effect whether OCIO is on or off.
Another bug is the profile selector drop-down menu on specific color selector
is crushed horizontally to the point that I can't read/select the color profile
correctly. Undocking/resizing the dock didn't fix it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use color picker on 16/32-bit float image
2. Change the Depth of specific color selector to the 16/32-bit float
3. Observe the sliders and values
OBSERVED RESULT
The sliders are updating/moving, but the values are stuck.
EXPECTED RESULT
The values are updating properly.
