Good that I looked up similar bugs, before I submited a Bug Report.
First I want to confirm that this Bug also happens on the "Slim Tablet 600U"
from Aiptek as well. (with the same driver)
The Bug is easily reproducable following the instructions on Win7 Pro (x64)
with Service Pack 1
Following your experiments on the compatibility mode, I found out that it works
seemingly fine even on the "Win7-mode (without SP1)"
