[plasmashell] [Bug 363351] plasmashell fails to start rendering system unusable when using kernel 4.5 and higher. It works fine on kernel 4.4.

The "k" here means kernel, not KDE :)

So please seek help from downstream Arch. See below link for bug reporting in
