STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. open discover and select random application 2. select one of the screenshots for that application 3. click away. 4. attempt to scroll (using mouse wheel or 2 fingers on trackpad) down application page. 5. if you can scroll down go back to step 2 and repeat OBSERVED RESULT scrolling (tested with laptop trackpad) doesn't work, however you can still move down the page by clicking and dragging.
