SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a custom shortcut, go to system preferences -> hotkeys -> global
hotkeys
2. Set the hotkey to alt+ñ or ctrl+ñ, where ñ is a letter of the spanish
alphabet

OBSERVED RESULT

The hotkey just do nothing when triggered. However changing the hotkey to some
more 'universal' combinations of keys as alt+j it works as expected.
