when i tried to rotate with "5" key it stuck at -15 degree. but when i rotate
to the right with "7" key it works.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.new file
2.press 6 button
3.stuck at -15 degree
Actual Results:
stuck at -15 degree dialog
Expected Results:
rotate to the left
