SUMMARY
When replying a mail, the quote is sometimes missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on "Reply"
OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes the text area is blank, sometimes it is correctly pre-filled with
quoted message. It depends on which email is replied.
