In a pointing device-controlled environment, slide to reveal is cumbersome.
Instead, revealing actions when hovering over an item works well there (see for
example Plasma-NM).
Therefore, the slide-to-reveal controls should also show on mouseover.
We could hide the handle on desktop, but if we want applications to still be
controllable with touch on desktop, we should better it there.
