Pushed by rstephenson into branch 'master'. Add user-selectable sorting in the group view The context menu now provides a popup menu with all fields suitable for sorting. An icon was added to the sorting menu. The icon view also uses the same method for creating the sort menu. However, the sorting is not yet retained from session to session.
