SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file on the local filesystem
2. Switch to the Projects view on the left
3. Create a file in the filesystem
4. Click the refresh icon
OBSERVED RESULT
The tree view doesn't update.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tree view should show the newly created file.
