--- Comment #1 from Pulfer <pul...@list.ru> --- Looks like it happens because LookAndFeelPackage from system kdeglobals creates user config plasmarc with [Theme] section (based on look-and-feel package). And if this config exists (second login), default wallpaper is properly set.
