Press anywhere with three fingers checkbox label missing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open System Settings (must be in "Sidebar view" mode, not "Icon view" mode).
2. Go Hardware -> Input Devices -> Touchpad (you probably will need a laptop
for the details to show up)

OBSERVED RESULT

The very last label "Middle-click" will have either a missing "Press anywhere
with three fingers" checkbox, or it will be vertically offset 100% higher than
the "Middle-click" label.

See the attached screen shot of the former and a short video of the latter.

EXPECTED RESULT

The "Press anywhere with three fingers" checkbox label should be vertically
aligned with the "Middle-click" label.
