Example of numbered tasks for MS Windows

Hi, for Plasma users that minimise their use of the mouse (eg: for faster
access via keyboard, or because of mouse issues due to RSI or other
accessibility issues), pressing keyboard shortcuts such as Win+5 to switch to
the 5th window has been quite critical, but it would be far easier if the Task
Manager had a setting to enable a small number on top of (or next to) each task
in the taskbar / task tray.

So for example, if a user has 6 different windows opened, they can visually see
the numbers for each of those windows (and ideally any quick access shortcuts
available in the taskbar), so the user knows that Win+5 is the current shortcut
for switching to Firefox and Win+2 is for switching to Dolphin, etc.

There's a plug-in that provides this type of functionally for MS Windows, that
has been very useful for accessibility:
