Still happening to me.
When I restart my computer, everything's well until I open either Chrome,
Chromium or Brave. Then it doesn't work anymore. Still listens if I press
Alt+F1 manually. Weird...
Even weirder is this only started happening after I installed Brave. I deleted
it since but it's happening with plain Chromium now, too.
Plasma version: 5.23.4
Chromium version: 96.0.4664.110
