I get the same thing happening on my external monitors which are attached via
usb C dock.
The right-click menu appears normally on the laptop display, but not the other
2 displays.
GPU: Intel TigerLake-LP GT2 [Iris Xe Graphics]
Running wayland and plasma 5.24.3
