SUMMARY:

KDE Plasma - BUG - Wallpaper Picker No longer displays picture thumbnails on
NTFS Partitions after OS update to Kernel Version 5.16.11-1-default (64-bit)


X11: Yes
Wayland: Unknown (Not tested)

Normal picture thumbnails have been replaced by a generic picture instead of
the picture thumbnails
still correctly displays image/picture thumbnails on file systems exFAT, BTRFS
(and maybe others as well)

NOTE: Dolphin and Konquerer File Managers still displays image/picture
thumbnails on NTFS partitions


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Click on 'Configure Desktop and Wallpaper...'
2. Add Image...
3. Browse to an NTFS Drive/Partition and goto where there are some picture
(JPGs, PNGs etc)

OBSERVED RESULT:

You will only see a generic image place holder instead of the picture image


EXPECTED RESULT:

Small thumbnails should be display for any/all pictures
