Are you sure you have MariaDB installed? "mysql_install_db" is still included
with MariaDB, but no longer with Oracle MySQL.

You plan to use an internal MySQL server, that's not easy, it has to be running
before you can copy the SQLite database. I also think that LibreOffice expects
a "proper" MySQL server. The digiKam internal MySQL server is started and
stopped by digiKam and only communicates via a socket file. This will not work
with LibreOffice. You need to set up an external MySQL server.
