I have exactly the same issue as seen on the video attache by Awakening. This
is certainly a compositor problem as disabling compositor (Shift+Alt+F12) fixes
it.
This is extremely annoying as I haven't found a reliable way to fix this
(switching compositor on/off doesn't always help). It happens after wake up or
exiting a game or other fullscreen application that temporarily disables
compositing.
