Open menu, popup notification or open search bar in a Wayland sessions (single
or multiscreen)
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu, notifications or search bar appear in the middle of the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu appear near menu button, search bar appear top of screen, notification
appear near notification area

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.26
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.0 (already broken in 5.25.5)
