Actually the fault is in ksystemstats.
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/ksystemstats/-/merge_requests/43 implemented part
of its changes in the GPU-agnostic part of the backend, but the AMD GPU backend
was not updated, so it tries to access a null pointer and crashes during
initialization.
