SUMMARY
Since the QML port, the region selector window on X11 in Spectacle flies in
like a normal window. This is distracting. It used to just gently fade in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta+Shift+PrtScr or spectacle -br
OBSERVED RESULT
Region selector window comes flying in your face.
EXPECTED RESULT
Region selector gently fades in.
