SUMMARY
Changing hotspot configuration in the system settings, like changing name or
setting a password, doesn't have any effect until plasmashell is restarted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change hotspot name or set a password
2. Start hotspot through the applet
OBSERVED RESULT
Previous hotspot configuration is used.
EXPECTED RESULT
Changed hotspot configuration is used.
