After the recent-ish changes to the KDE neon repository, libappstream5 is
entirely missing from the repositories, meaning dependencies for Discover can
no longer be satisfied currently.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uninstall libappstream5 if you have it installed
2. Refresh the APT cache
3. Attempt to install libappstream5
OBSERVED RESULT
The package is missing
EXPECTED RESULT
The package installs
