SUMMARY
When upgrading to Plasma 5.90.0, all multi-timezone function of Digital Clock
are gone except switch timezone with mouse wheel.
It was introduced in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/f4c3076bcc87401144632314ecbde586e656ba1b
This commit remove TimezonesI18n::i18nCity() but doesn't change QML, and there
seems no similar function which can provide map from city id to city name.
