poweruser usecase:
I use Virtual Desktops (Workspaces) akin to tabs in browser windows:
a new task arises, I make a Virtual Desktop for it
I open lots of different apps and browser windows
then the task might go down/up in importance and I'd like to rearrange my
workspaces accordingly
mouse drag on the Panel applet would be awesome, just like in browsers/file
managers
