SUMMARY
If my PC goes to sleep and I unlock my screen, my bottom panel isn't fully
displayed anymore. See attached screenshots.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up a panel on the bottom in the cent like in the screenshot
2. Suspend
3. Wake up
4. Unlock screen

OBSERVED RESULT
The bottom panel is reduced to a single icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
The bottom panel is fully shown.
