It plays for me in melt in OS X. Of course, I first had to fix paths, and the 1080p H.264 video does not play as smoothly as it does in Quicktime. I could not load the kdenlive file into kdenlive because, I think, I do not know how to correctly clean the kdenlivedoc section of the file - kdenlive gets stuck at "Loading project clips." However, I could add add test1.kdenlive as a clip and use it. Now, after having done that, test1.kdenlive did load as a project. OK, it loads only occassionally.
