I use spamassassin (spamd) and the conflict resolution box appears on messages that a subsequent filter moves the message into a different folder. The one on the left is after spamassassin has modified it, when I click accept trhe left one, then the message(s) are moved in the destination folder for messages. Don't know if that helps any.
