I tried Replying All again to the original email. Kontact crashed again and would not start. I removed the contents again of :- rm ~/.kde4/share/apps/kmail2/autosave/* Again Kontact worked. I tried doing a Reply All to another email and this worked no problem. I've attached the offending email. Not sure if it will help or not.
