While creating the kolab ressource manually using the "Raw Socket" - you have to have the ressource already created in the usual way (I deleted it after I reading the debugging output) - do not paste the ROLLBACK command, but paste COMMIT instead - do not reboot after these steps, otherwise the kolab ressource is gone again.
