Bug ID: 326427 Summary: Ambiguous shortcut detected - del key Classification: Unclassified Product: kmail2 Version: 4.11.2 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: message list Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: steph...@magnenat.net When I press "Del" key, I get the following error messages, even though I made sure the "Configure Shortcuts" dialog that there is a single action for the "Del" key. The key sequence 'Del' is ambiguous. Use 'Configure Shortcuts' from the 'Settings' menu to solve the ambiguity. No action will be triggered. My feeling is that there is a conflict with a global shortcut. I suggest to add to the error message the actual actions in conflict, which would simplify a lot the correction of the conflict. The looks like a reappearance of this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepim/+bug/920270 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: press del key Actual Results: error message Expected Results: message should be moved to trash This is a Ubuntu precise 12.04.3 LTS with KDE 4.11.2 from Kubuntu's PPA. It is not a clean install, but I have not been using kmail/kontact on this computer since several years. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
