It might be the case now (I am not sure) that newly received messages are filtered correctly but whenever I select ALL messages in the Inbox and press "Ctrl+J" only some of them are moved into the correct folders then KMail stops at some point. I use kmail 4.12.5 now. The same for kdepimlibs and akonadi-server 1.11.0.
