IT Assistant VP Head - Credit Card Division (KL) Responsibilities Project-manage the overall credit card application development and support of functional area that meet business requirements. Implementing credit card release management throughout the year to ensure the delivery of ITSRs within the agreeable releases. Ensure quality and delivery of project on time and within the allocated budget. Responsible for the planning and budgeting of the development and maintenance of card system. Plan, allocate resources, and prioritize projects/tasks as per agreed schedule. Propose and recommend IT solution. Ensure rules of conduct, standards and procedures of organization are complied. Keep track of project status and provide progress report to Biz and management i.e weekly status report and monthly biz report. Conduct regular biz product meeting and monthly biz roadmap meeting. Resolve issues and manage expectation. Defining functional specification in collating with business requirement. Managing vendor and coordinating with Visa/MasterCard as well as business for project planning and problem resolving. Ensure timely IT cost recovery Conduct technical feasibility study, evaluate user requirement and recommend solutions Conduct design walkthroughs, and resolve design, business requirements and any other conflicting issues Prepare Functional, Technical & Program specifications Prepare and conduct system and integration test and supports user acceptance testing; and also prepares for implementation Support production and resolve issues   Requirements Degree in Computer or related fields, with at least 5 years of working experience in the same capacity Knowledge on AS/400 RPG/ILE, CLP and Query Knowledge of Credit Card applications, issuing and acquiring operations; and VISA/MC interchange Knowledge of Silverlake Credit Card System would be an advantage Able to work independently and collaboratively with people at various levels Good understanding of systems development process Experience in managing external vendor deliverables is essential Possess initiative and ability to lead a team Strong analytical skills   2.
