Figured out that I needed this for embedded system usage to call wsapi properly.
However, when I look at the cgilua.cgi source in Kepler's tarball, it has
references to kepler_init and to luarocks.require.
Can these both be removed?
I'm not sure why it would need access to the kepler_init global variables since
it's just doing wsapi calls and it shouldn't need luarocks calls either...
