When installing wsapi-xavante following the current directions on a new machine,
xavante_start.bat is missing and the luarocks\kepler directory no longer exists.
What do folks do on windows systems nowadays?
The setup page should get you to the point that you can bring up a web page
served by xavante or IIS...
