This is an obsolete version, that is why it has been removed from the
repository (it should have been removed from the cvs repository,
too)... wsapi-xavante is the current package, and the name of the
launcher is just wsapi instead of xavante_start. Use "wsapi --help" to
see the command-line options, a configuration file is not needed
anymore.
