My KR has both split flaps on the stub wings and an electric actuated belly board. I always deploy them both as they turn the slippery KR into a much easier aircraft to control in the approach and they certainly reduce the, "fly me to the other end of the runway without wanting to touch down feeling."

Subject: KR> Split flaps

Hi Mark & all,

What was your experience with your split flaps? I intend to make split flaps on the inboard wings only, all the way to the rear spar. I found a nice picture where another builder did same & it's really easy to make.

Kind regards,

Henni
