Typical installation does not offer language selection. It selects and
installs languages supported by the system. On a typical Windows
installation it is one language, I presume it is English (UK) in your
case.

It is doable but risky, and we don't have a second chance to correct
it for 3.4.4. Accelerator removing scripts are untested.

There will be an rc2, because there were Windows build fixes and other
last minute patches were coming in. I'll check Pootle for updates on
October 30, Sunday evening.
