Missing localization in new template dialog: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59207 Missing localization in Extension Manager: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59433 I discovered that if I "Rescan project files" in Pootle, then these strings are offered for translation. I don't know what was wrong with Pootle. If your locale is affected by these bugs, try the same.
