I assume you're trying to upload the whole libo_ui/libo_help folder as one
.zip? Try splitting it into two-three smaller parts - that has worked for
me.

no, I'm trying to upload one single file 'shared.po' 1 mb in size. I
need to upload it as it is, I cannot copy and paste all strings.
