It will become less of a surprise when you realize that Weblate works as a frontend for Git. In this case, these two exact strings already existed in a previous version of the template at some point, and were translated by people. Weblate just recovered those (human) translations. Personally, I find it VERY HELPFUL. You can edit them as usual if you wish.
