Issue:
In PO [officecfg\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\UI.po], the string
[GenericCommands.xcu#..GenericCommands.UserInterface.Commands..uno_InsertTimeField.Label.value.text]
has "~Time" whereas in the "localize.sdf" the same string [9n403n] has
"Time Field."
"~Time" is more appropriate because in the UI it is preceded by "Fields"
(Insert > Fields > Time) and thus should be interpreted as an
attributive adjective, i.e. "A Time Field."
