I use the hyphenator. You can download it at https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions/spelling-dictionary-and-hyphenator-for-the-venetan-language , under /dictionaries/hyph_vec.dic And here, https://sourceforge.net/projects/hunspell/files/Hyphen/documentation/ , you can find the pdf that describes how it works.
