We don't usually get a lot of snow, but we did get two feet of it in  Dec.  
Farley loved it but we had the snowballs problem too.  I tried  pulling them 
off, melting them with a blow dryer and finally just put him in the  shower and 
sprayed him with warm water to melt them.
