Hi Sue, I have seen this piece of lace in the Czech Republic this summer, at a wonderful exhibition of laces from the school of Iva Proskova. The coloured part of the motives is needle lace, or at least the original lace is. I don't know if the pattern is on sale. Perhaps getting in touch with Iva could be a good way of getting information.
